PURCHASING INFORMATION
Our online venue offers a wide sampling of our inventory. Please contact Amy by email or telephone for more information on any of the featured items or to make a purchase. You can also contact her to learn more about the scope of our inventory that is not featured online or to request a search for a specific item.

Forêt accepts payment by VISA or MASTERCARD, personal or business check*, cashier’s check, or bank wire.
*If paying by personal or business check, funds must clear before merchandise is delivered.

Forêt extends a courtesy discount to members of the design trade.

Sales tax of 6.5% (plus local tax) is applied to MN residents.

SHIPPING and RETURNS
Situated in the central location of Minneapolis, MN, shipping throughout the US and Canada is both convenient and cost effective. Forêt will arrange for transportation from our warehouse to you. Clients are responsible for shipping fees, which include insurance. For small items, we use UPS ground. Larger furniture and decorative objects will be delivered to you by one of our reliable, independent carrier services, whereby your items will arrive either blanket-wrapped or crated and placed in your or your client’s home.

Forêt strives to provide a confident online purchasing experience. In doing so, we feature un-retouched photographs and do our best to present accurate information and answers to your questions upfront. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on most items provided that we are notified by email within 3 business days of delivery to you or your client.* Shipping costs are not refundable. Merchandise must be returned by one of our pre-approved transporters. Refunds will be made upon our receipt of the returned item but only if such an item is in the same condition as when it left our warehouse. Clients are responsible for both outbound and return shipping, in addition to a restocking fee equal to 15% of the purchase price for each returned item. (*exceptions to the return policy due to condition and age are denoted in the item description with an FS, which stands for Final Sale)
