An impressive two-part painted pine secretaire. The upper section is comprised of a cabinet featuring an arched cornice that is articulated with carved dentils and a set of raised panel doors. The lower section has a slant front that opens onto a writing surface along with three long drawers that sit on bracket feet. The finish has been dry scraped to reveal traces of original white milk paint.
